A condominium designed in a traditional style, featuring spectacular views of the Charles River and Cambridge, underwent a comprehensive rethinking of its spatial design and aesthetics. The primary objectives were to decompartmentalize the existing spaces to fully capitalize on the stunning views and to introduce a more transitional modern design for the kitchen, bar, dining room, and living room.

The new concept visually and physically extends the kitchen towards the living room, establishing a cohesive flow between the two spaces. This is achieved through an Afromosia wood wrap that connects the kitchen to a side alcove bar and wine area, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
