The design features an L-shaped footprint, consisting of a slightly elevated main wing and a lower private wing, with the variation in floor height reflecting the gradual descent of the site contours.

The outer sides of the L-shaped structure predominantly feature vertical fenestration, providing glimpses of the surrounding trees, while the interior walls are mostly glazed to foster a seamless connection between the interior spaces and the natural landscape. One leg of the L is slightly angled, which causes the roofline to shift from its base, resulting in canopies of varying widths around the perimeter of the house.
